  i was watching Wales' whales birthing babies by Borth
  to the staccato blinking of its tatty neon signs
  but 
  the bullying seas
  have got me tossing up
  ersatz tomato sauce 
  mixed with 
  fish and chips
  in the dismal drizzle 
  of the rain
