my favourite scene in Halloween
is when Jamie Lee Curtis runs out of the house
and starts pounding at the neighbour's front door,
Michael Meyers close behind,
her friends' blood still warm on his hands.

a light flicks up behind a shade,
a woman's silhouette is seen,
regarding Curtis on the porch
as she screams and begs for help.

then the light goes out again,
sacrificing poor Jamie
to endless night, the Illinois moon,
and one mad dog nipping her heels.

arms outstretched like a burning martyr,
she cries and screams in disbelief.

the light flicks up, a person sees,
then the light goes out again...

i think this is as trashy as the film and i also think it really good.
i liked the film as well
it flows well and has some good internal sonics.
