I love this ray, the things we will do for these little pets of ours. Someone should be so kind to us, :-))

In any decent universe there'd be this benevolent, loving god who would fulfill this requirement.

A lovely thought ray! We can indeed judge a society by how it treats its animals (quote).

So many times I been in that situation (well, almost). I think it's a wonderful little poem, and a witty and warm tribute to pets.

Good poem, Ray, almost as lovely as the kitty in the picture

I like the contrast between the warmness of the cat and the warmness running down your narrator's leg!

Yes. Cats, it seems, have become my life as well.
Pathetic, but satisfying (especially on cold mornings).

Call me a pansy if you want, but I love cats! Although I haven't gone this far, (to anybody's knowledge) I can see the character's struggle and sympathize.

Except, evidently, homosexual cats.
