All Light is Lost
#1
The green blush, growing with intensity,
Where brown is present, chirps echo.
Blue space follows to infinity.
Now the trees creak with a halo.
Where man sees nature in intimidation,
and birds flee in flight,
The fear lies deep in the hearts with extinction,
For all light falls in sight.
Therefore; the mighty beasts collapse in defeat
While the loyal servants scatter without hope.
So as man watches with a treat,
All with fear must flee or cope.
Now the light of day turns black of night,
And all the beasts lay with but a bite.
