What would be on your bucket list?
whether you do or don't have one, what would you put on on your bucket list (A bucket list usually refers to a list of things you'd like to do before you die.)

I want to go to all three of the big comedy festivals: Edinburgh, Melbourne and Montreal. And in each one, I want to heckle Tim Minchin until his mascara runs. Not because I don't like him (he's awesome) but because I want to see if he turns into Alice Cooper.

I'd like to tell jokes to the Dalai Lama,
In the Summer, one of the cricket commentators, Phil Tuffnell, told a story about when they were touring in S Africa. In the evening, they went to a night-spot called the Guinness Club, and coming out, was the Dalai Lama. Asked what he said, he replied he had just managed '' 'Allo Lama' !! Tall story, maybe, but it made me laugh..

I'd like to give up smoking. It's 4 months since I gave up but I've broken now and then. I know I'll give in again.
But if I knew I was going to die soon, I'd keep smoking. Or start again.

Most of my bucket list involves travel; places I absolutely must see. Machu Picchu is number one on the list, and of course I'd just swing by and check out the Nazca Lines while I was in the vicinity. I'll get to the Pyramids at some point but I really only want to go if I can uncover one that nobody knew was there, otherwise it's just all touristy and I might as well get the slides...
And I'd love to go to Antarctica. Aside from the breathtaking scenery and incredible solitude, I really want to find out if penguins are ticklish.

But if I knew I was going to die soon, I'd keep smoking. Or start again. i had some heart surgery and had no mind to give up smoking, except for the fact it made my partner unhappy. i also thought an extra day or two with her would be nice. so i jacked it in, it was hard, i did it a little at a time and them stopped completely. it's the knowing you'll give in, that will make you give in, a self fulfilling prophecy you will not give in

i'd like to see the northern lights again as well. the last time i saw them it was like a cosmic tide of colour.

I don't know, but I'm going to find out -- that looks incredible!
Years ago my boss went on a cruise from Chile to the Antarctic, but he's a rich bastard and it cost about a year's wages for me.

Does Pikachu live in Machu Picchu .....sorry
My bucket list is growing, but the top one would be to sit patiently by a river bank in summer to see Kingfishers doing what they do.
