An immortal charges forward
and the man dodges,
shooting a single arrow
and aiming directly for his opponent's backside.
The adversary
lets out a final yell,
as his arrow meets it's mark
in the dark interior of the castle
and I shake my head
and laugh aloud
because it must be rather humiliating
to die from taking an arrow to the butt
when every guard around
has taken an arrow to the knee
but never ever met such an unceremonious fate.
Here lies
a master vampire
who is not even fortunate enough
to be given a name,
who will probably be looted
after he was slain,
who won't have a proper burial
or even cremation,
and the only significant detail
that anyone knows about him
is his woeful demise.
Oh, how I pity his poor soul
but at least I wear his garments now.

I just started playing a couple weeks ago and got to level 30 and the system broke so I had to start over. But that was fine cause there's a whole slew of other things I didn't do. And the new one came with the expansions so I'm starting the dawnguard tasks

Indeed a fun little piece.
Finding a quicker way to hit that killer ending would make it stick like an arrow in my right eye socket.

I will rewrite some of that, for sure. I definitely like switching the "and" to the word 'as' and I agree that it would sound better if opponent was changed. I really like the word slain, as well. It's flows better that way. I'll do some editing.

Just watch out for vampires attacking in the cities. It's rather obnoxious since they can kill the npcs and the npcs don't respawn. Well, everyone except for the guards doesn't respawn. Then you have to go back and load up your previous save.

Well that's one way to do it. A team of three followers pretty much ensures victory and should kill those obnoxious pests before they even have time to kill an npc. I've always been a solo player so I end up having to reload occasionally. I've never much cared to storm the dungeons or elsewhere. I usually level up my sneak and snipe enemies with arrows.
