Tender arachnids

While I was busy writing,
spiders posted
lusty love letters
all over my house.

I destroy
lines of poetry,
erotic promises,
as I dust.

(I think they know we
writers will turn anything
into smut)

It could be worse

JM, just ... yes. I always viewed spiders and webs in a very sinister light, and now it's going to break my heart to dust them away (once I figure out what dusting is ... Tongue). And yes ... yes we do. A very enjoyable read. Big Grin

Making spiderwebs sexy is quite an accomplishment! A nice, surprising twist Thumbsup

Strangely enough, it's found poem from a very odd conversation on Facebook. Poetry hides everywhere!

I'm a spider fan, much enjoyed, I hate breaking the webs though when they're in the house or across where people walk I have to, but they always rebuild. The ones by my dock ladder are always spectacular. Love letters Smile, I always thank them for catching the small bugs.
