Hi! I'm Adrienne. I'm in the Peace Corps in Costa Rica. I guess that's currently my most defining characteristic. I look forward to reading everyone's poetry and posting some of my own! :-)

Hi, Morten, welcome.

I hope you're also looking forward to posting your critiques of other posters' poems.
This is a give and take community, to become a member just read through the workshops and post at least five thoughtful critiques.

Looking forward to your full participation. Smile

Sup. Joined a while back, but i finally am at a stage in my life where i can actually contribute here.
A bit of a warning, I'm not into the technicalities of "proper" poetry. So don't expect a whole bunch of (or any) corrections or stuff like that in my feedback.

Best of luck to everyone in their positive endeavors.

Well, I will welcome you and also warn you that this isn't really a showcase site, it is for correction and revisions and learning those horrid technicalities of proper poetry that you dread you so much. You're more than welcome to post here and I have no authority so I am just saying this as a spectator.

I hope you change and open your mind just a bit, but even if not, cheers to you.

Hello there everyone. My name is John and I'm glad to have found this forum for poetry and hope to enjoy my stay here and read some amazing poetry. I write poetry at a novice level and i do not mind any harsh criticism or suggestions on what i could do to better the poems i've already written or one's i would write in the future if inspiration and muse allows. Big Grin

Thank you all.
