A thick-rimmed lumberjack Though I take this to mean solidly built, I also invision thick rimmed glasses
from the distillery district perhaps insinuating he's a drunk?
wears mint green jeans, HMMM... good descriptive term, but is it accurate?
and topside shoes.HMM again, as I am not familiar with topside shoes (two thing to look up so far)

His hair sits loose in a bun,OK
and the scowl on his face
is from looking at you. Sounds like yer about to get one of those "I don't like the way you look" comments, just before getting you're ass kicked

That's my impression on the first read through. I'll do some looking up of terms and d get back to this, thought it does seem pretty straightforward.

The definitions for MINT GREEN JEANS and TOPSIDER shoes don't give me more clues, so I'll stick with my first impression.
