I think the mentoring idea/forum is a good one and will benefit both parties. I am willing to put one of my broken poems therein. I believe that some folks take criticism too much to heart and need to realize it is more a matter of the poem and not the poet being critiqued. However, our reviews should point out the better merits of the poem in addition to the problem areas. Finally, if you don't like some word choices or phrases in someone’s piece, suggest some alternatives./Chris
