The 'Tec, a flash fiction

I tried reading Mickey Spillane a while ago but I wasn't overly impressed. While I was going through old books the other day I came across this:

I'd bought it years ago but still hadn't read it. I'm now working my way very slowly through it. It contains two novels and over fifty short stories, all from an age when hardboiled 'tecs reigned supremeSmile
