I don't quite agree. In fact I've noticed that women need to try harder than men just to get the same things men get by default. Have you noticed how women in top positions are often regarded as "bitches" and "ballcrushers"? They have to be tougher than the men just to rate. I call that bias.

PS. If you can, try your hand at giving some of the others a bit of feedback. If you already have, thanks, can you do some more?
