i didn't mean the above, i was just showing i know what you're saying. like combating racism and disabilities
we are often told to fill a certain quota of black, women and disabled people within the workplace. it would as you say be good if
people didn't have to be told that we are all in the main equal.
okay there are some instances where maybe we can't get as many women builders of policemen etc but we should make sure the opportunity is there for those who wish to take it.
