Sexism

It would be nice if we were at the stage in the social discussion where we could just say "No one is superior or inferior, we're just different! Therefore frowning on sexism is outdated!" but this is a disingenuous argument to make when unwarranted sexism is still much too rampant. Just take billy's example about how few women we find in top executive positions, or how women's salaries are lower for many occupations. These have nothing to do with physical strength or build, and more to do with the "boys club" pockets of society that systematically weed out girls needlessly, starting from their earliest experiences ("boys go fishing with dad, girls stay to cook", "girls are bad at math, so boys are better scientists", "girls are indecisive, so they're not good bosses", etc etc etc). Lets make thing fair, then we can celebrate differences.
