I'll give it some thought though from your example I'm thinking more of the currency of cigarettes and a cigarette machine. I'll give it some thought.
I'm not calling this one a revision Billy so I'm not putting it up top yet. Your version is great. I find that when I add more lines I probably get less funny...something like:
The circumference
of an Eisenhower silver dollar
Today’s currency:
cigarettes stuck in the machine.
Smashed open
to satisfy the exercise yard.
