How long have you been writing poetry? And what do you get out of, what is the experience, for you reading and writing it?

For me, there's a whole atmosphere, an overworked vibe encroaching down.

Do you write out of a freedom of a moment, or do you have a drive with a method or a mythos attached?

I have been doing poetry for most of my life but started more recently in the last couple years because I have a lot of free time to do it.
I write poetry to capture a feeling or sensation I'm having the best I can, especially the obscure ones that are hard to explain.
I like to create environments for these feelings I have to live in.
The way you say "encroaching down" is the way I like to deliver my poetry, somewhat eerie but entrancing.
Also, I like to see what people like you think of it.
