RealDoll, a high-end doll manufacturer is developing one with an animated head that responds like Siri.

Since the dolls have removable vagina's, the company offers a penis attachment. You just unplug the
vagina and plug the penis in to get a she-male. The penis comes from their male doll line. I suppose
you could plug one of the vaginas into the guy doll and get a he-female.
