Prefer the first draft -- reads more forward without "sound", without "click", without "splash".
Reminded me of this:
especially as played in the movie "A Serious Man". Although it's a little less didactic, more poetic -- thus why I got this like a koan, where I can't say what I got, only that I got it. Lovely, lovely work.
