Riddles

The more they take the bigger that it gets -
I’ve had some problems with my riddling neighbor.
You see, he just can’t seem to mind his pets.
They cross the fence to steal what’s mine and yet
The more they take the bigger that it gets -
Like thieving little convicts at hard labor.
We have leash laws but somehow he “forgets”.

It sounds like they are stealing food and leaving an ever growing pile of 'crap!'

It does, but that is not the answer.  

The only other thing that comes to mind is if the dogs are digging up bones from a single site and stealing away with them, they could be leaving a growing hole.
