This diminutive tyke
never learned to ride a bike.
He was reared in a New York borough,
but took a one way furlough,
packing only heavy metal
(extremely elemental).

More specifically, the atom bomb itself, which was code-named ‘Little Boy.’  Yes, he was born of the Manhattan Project and delivered a uranium payload to Hiroshima.
