the unborn life inside will only get tased if the mother who carries it in the womb lacks the intelligence to surrender before she ends up getting tased. in which case, blame the mother's stupidity, not the person holding the taser.

LOL, I see your lack of respect for pregnant women and their unborn as a reflection of the deadening of the morels and values of society as a whole. For myself I find the use of this type of force against defenseless Pregnant women and unborn baby's sickening. Anyone carrying out such an act should be stripped of all authority to ever use this type of force again and imprisoned for attempted murder. JMO

If they have done nothing wrong, then they will not get tasered in the first place.

If the pregnant woman is holding a 9mm in a bank, she's not so defenceless.

If's and and's lol. Tasers do not get used in the course of an armed robbery. There is no argument that will convince me that tasering pregnant women is in any way a thing we need to do let alone pass a law to support. It is simply barbaric. We have cops tasering people for traffic violations.

Don't make me laugh. The above sort of thing will happen and a law to allow it is simply an end run to support the law from being sued and going to prison.
