Why are you spelling Virginea with an e anyway?
a woman-child not born until tomorrow. - I can't work that one out either.
and like a babe she mouths and sucks and swallows - the line seems too long. I think one of the verbs needs to go

Before criticising a person try walking a mile in their shoes. Then when you do criticise that person, you are a mile away.... and you have their shoes.
