Septolet! It's one of my favourite poetic forms, for both its brevity and the creativity it encourages. Basically, it's 2 stanzas, 7 lines, and 14 words. Here are some examples:

quietly whispers:
'Stop walking,please.'
She
persists,
but mutely wishes
he'd give chase.

glued still
have cracks

There's no fixing
memories
of being broken.
