if they use 18 or 21 plus year olds we could drool without looking like a pedo. i'm not saying 13 year olds can't model, but if they look like adults just give the models age below. that way many guys won't lust after them 
that said the real chikd lovers may. just a point. pedophilia is related to people who like kids before they reach they're teens. after that they're probably child molesters or child pornography lovers. personally i do think 13 is too young to model adult clothes when there are plenty of adults who can do the same thing, the reason they use them is for their innocent and vibrant looks, as well as their size
