We have a luxury tax here that tax's well we call it the sugar tax and it tax's kids candy, fast foods, pretty much everything.
There are some things here that gets no at the check-out tax aplied but those things have a hidden tax put on them. Everything we purchase is being taxed already as far as I can tell.

it looks like an extra tax. lets call it a fast food tax on top of what you already pay.

personally i say no. any money gained won't go to obesity projects lmao.

We already have that here. Fast food or just plain old food in a resteraunt is all taxed. We have many items that have more than 1 tax and more than 2 tax's on them as well. We are taxed up the asshole. One more won't kill us will it? I say fuck it just do away with money all together and let the government tell us whats for dinner this week. I am sure the technology exists to make that possible.
