You have some nice imageries in this poem. I especially like the lines "What's your name again?/Right... Mistake". However, to me this feels more like a prose than poem; but I'm no expert in the field, so I hesitate to comment further. It's quite impressive though, how you got across the emotions and thoughts so well.
