when is it okay to use a puppet if ever.

i have at least one here i know of i think its nic is puppet (the irony of it)
i have to have it in order to see the lay out of te site as a regular member. i may have another though i can't be sure. i seldom post with the puppet nic unless i have to.

i hate the fuckers who use a puppet nic just so they can cause trouble. it's like they're cowards or something. for a laugh i can accept (up to a point) but to use one in order to cause a sight trouble sucks hairy balls.

i once used james jenkinson but it was the only nic i had at the time and i said it was me so i don't include that as a puppet.

other than that it's billy, billy 423, or billy 423uk depending on how many billy's are in the forum.

in all honesty i'm okay with someone using a puppet nic as long as it's not used to confuse, attack or take the piss.

of course sj, so can i. but to use it to take over someone elses persona, even in jest is a bit low. when i used james jenkinson i made sure everyone knew it was me. and i signed out as billy423uk so as to make it a non puppet nic.

when new site start up it's common practice to through in a few false nics. in order to make the site seem fuller and also to be able to check if everything's working for the regular members who have a different view of the site.

there's a huge difference between attacking another member and having a laugh.

to use a nic in order to simply attack someone is only allowed in the sewer. to use a puppet or a nic that shares someone elses IP address is not allowed anywhere on the sight.

if for instance i created a yakboy nic and had a laugh with it. or you created a dumb poet nic and had some fun with me thats cool we can, or should all be able to laugh at ourselves.

if ob the other hand we create a nic simply for the purpose of attacking someone as dickydipshit did then no, not anywhere.

we don't have a no extra nic rule per say. we just have a rule that allows us to ass whip should the privilege be abused

for instance, if i give you a rep as billy and then as puppet which i think is my my other nic i'd be breaking the rules.

if i create a puppet nic just to take the piss (not having a jolly good laugh etc) then i'd be breaking the rules.

dickdipshit was a bonafide puppet, so much so that it shared not one but two ip addy's and denied the fact once it was mentioned.

so in response i can say, nope it's not against the rules for anyone to use a puppet. it is against the rules to misuse a puppet account, even in the sewer.

i absolutely agree,on one hand you can use a nic feel free what to do with it but ofcourse if you go to far you can get banned for it

as such, even if benny wanted to come back which i doubt, he'd be banned as soon as he joined what ever his nic. pointless banning one nic.

m all for everyone having two nics and posting twice as much but not for attacking.

when me and dubs, or me and vf had our spat i always used my nic, which in fact is my real name (bar the 423uk )

even when i used j jenkinson or jameson ? it was the only nic i had and i told everyone who it was. it wasn't actually a puppet account.

do you have a puppet account at magneteke moobs.
if not it's always best to have one as a regular member so you can view your site to see what it looks like.
