how do i put in a banner to a website in my sig..i just can't figure it out

You just update your sig man. You have to upload it to a site like imageshack first and then copy/paste the forum url in you sig.

yeah i know how to do that...but i need to click a banner to get into a website..like billy has on suprbay for the pig pen

then you need to emded a link in the pic Dublin. I have never done it. But you put the pic in as per my first post and then you embed the link the same way you did the one you already have.
