I don't think 'Today I go now' works. Might just be me, but either you go today or you go now. Not both. Thanks for the read

I agree with Volaticus that today and now are basically the same thing, so you might want to substitute one of them. On the other hand, it adds extra emphasis on the fact you're going immediately.
