for and to Leanne
#1
I am writing an Irish symphony:

"Calling out to the air
With tears hot and wild"*

Irish symphony

for teasers:

“For I smell of the earth
And am worn by the weather“

And with you in your cold grave
I cannot sleep warm“

by Sinead O'Connor – I am stretched on your grave

(Yeats: Come from the holy fire, perne in a gyre,
And be the singing-masters of my soul.)

;-)
Failte ort féin, a sharian nan tráth,

etc.

("Greetings to you, sun of the season
And you walking high in the heavens
Your steps strong on the wings of the heights"

---)

(from Ar' Ghrian of course. ;-) ))

It's a long time until Solstice, and the winter one is always a bit of a let down here as it's not Yule. We do occasionally have Christmas in July celebrations but no real festival except the occasional naked dancing around a bonfire (we don't need a special occasion for that though). At least my poinsettia will be flowering -- or leafening, or whatever it's called for that weird plant.

A better song, much more suited to my way of celebration, is:

Níl sé ina lá, níl a ghrá,
níl sé ina lá is ní bheidh go maidin,
níl sé ina lá is ní bheidh go fóill,
solas ard atá sa ghealaigh.

(I won't link and upset billy, but the best version is by Aoife ní Fhearraigh)
It could be worse

this Irish is a tad to childish for me. But thank you for your disinterest. ;

I know that Billy is upset.
Can't do anything about it. shrugs. So be it so.

See: I know why but give a shit.
Sorry to inform you.

and now back to the real thing; grown-up Irish.

see you by gone

Didn't you already write me a sonnet? Or do you just owe me one? I know I've written at least one for you Smile

i am jealous

an bid forgiveness and I am serious (for once)
(ok, that's maybe a bit dangerous to talk out about loud (to say in public): I am in a mess bc love goes wrong.
and - sigh - therefore (and bc I am so angry and frustated (with NONE of you kind persons but ...) I'm talking DaDa.

Again I will apologize as long as you wanna havin me .

and I hope you want me to)o)

No I wrote you some lame free-verse that you shot down like a convict trying to jail-break in a hot air balloon.

If I wrote you a sonnet it would hurt you far more than the agony of waiting . . . if you really want one though . . .

Leanne sorry for childish! It is not!(the booze, you know)
Thank you for this link. At least the words are short enough to not be totally massacred by "Irish" orthography.
