I've tried to tidy up the rhythm...I think S3 might be the worst for rhythm, and some forced rhyme...

to make this pain less real?
It's taken four times daily,
Recommended with no meal.
The first dose is on waking,
A glass half full with coke,
Taken with some painkiller,
the agony away it soaks.

To make me so calm and fly?

The second dose is at noon,
Before the shadows appear
Into my wretched vein,
Vile blood, they disappear.

To feed this empty soul?
Taken to kill the hunger,
White powder snorted whole.
Third dose instead of dinner,
Emptiness gone for a while
Confidence to conquer,
Energy to go that extra mile.

What's that poison that I take,
To finally end it all?
It is all of the above,
Guaranteed to crash and fall.
The fourth dose taken in bed,
To keep those nightmares at bay
Never to awake again,
Dreamworld forever to stay.
