What does each color mean?

I've seen blue, red, green, and purple so far.

When you post your display name is blue, most people's are blue. Usually forums have a different color for mods, but here I've seen 3 other colors besides the standard blue. I was wondering if each had a different meaning, and what not.

when we fisrt started out there were only a few so we had colour choices, now there are too many so it's just the usual.
mods have diff colours so do admin etc.

Well, most of our names are "Outhouse Water Blue."

It'd be fitting for someone to have "Piss-Yellow," don't you think?

You can be red if you like, you just need to change the theme in your user CP -- though there are just the two to choose from at the moment and I keep it blue because red is far too exciting

Colour is so important. So important. A recent report disclosed that most women feel confidant and sexy in red -- but few dare wear it. Following a study of the effects of colour on in-mates in NYC, where it was found that violence subsided hugely if they were in pink rooms, I selected papillon for my office. It certainly had no effect on one man, a regular visitor, as he would explain a point by hurling things around. And it became known as the tart's boudoir, a little predictably, I thought. I'm not only off-topic, I never found it, did I?

That's why they name the dog that. Its ears look like furry butterfly wings...if you bend your head to the side and sniff paint fumes.

On looking closely, I now see that you said "papillon" instead. I feel silly now.
