i just heard the call two auzzy dj's placed to the hospital where princess kate is for morning sickness, (do women go to hospital for morning sickness?) and i have to say the nurse who put them through must have an iq of 4

first off, kudos to the dj's, obviously a bit of fun and it didn't hurt anyone unlike the tits shots did. the voice was hilariously shite, and i expect almost everyone who hears it including kate, her husband, and the queen. will be rolling on the floor laughing one's draws orf. i heard talk of the dj's being sued. i hope they're not, it would be great if the royal family admitted that the prank gave them a kick. i think it would also enhance any standing they have in the public eye and humanise them in a big way.

I was hospitalised for morning sickness -- kept throwing up all day, couldn't keep anything down, needed to have a drip, that was loads of fun -- and I wasn't even knocked up by a prince!
Honestly, that nurse should find a rock to crawl under and die of shame for being fooled, not to mention SERIOUSLY breaching privacy protocols. One simply does not share medical information with mothers-in-law, no matter what sort of hat the old bird wears.
The DJs didn't do anything wrong. There's no way in hell they ever thought they'd get away with that.
It could be worse

normally at my ex hospital, they just say we'll ring you back and you have to give them your number. she must have been overawed thinking it was the queen.

It is v sad that the nurse who first took the call seems to have committed suicide. The DJs may well feel bad, but in truth, people do not commit suicide just because of one thing. I am v sorry for the family, and also Kate and William -it isn't the nicest beginning, and it must remind William of his Mum's premature death.

i just heard she topped herself.
she must have had some personal problems and maybe this set her off. if not that she had to at least of been more unstable than most of us. sad as it is i still see nothing wrong n what the dj's did. that said, they must be feeling like shit right now. i'm sure the woman's family will be contemplating a law suite or two

A nurse who took a prank call at the London hospital treating Prince William's pregnant wife Kate for morning sickness has been found dead, the hospital said, in a suspected suicide.
Police said the death was being treated as unexplained but they were not looking for anyone else, indicating the nurse had taken her own life.
The death comes days after the King Edward VII hospital apologised after falling for the call from an Australian radio station and relaying details about Kate's condition.
"It is with very deep sadness that we confirm the tragic death of a member of our nursing staff, Jacintha Saldanha," the hospital said in a statement on Friday.
"We can confirm that Jacintha was recently the victim of a hoax call to the hospital. The hospital had been supporting her."
Police said they had been called at 9:35 am (0935 GMT) about a woman found unconscious at an address near the hospital.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene by ambulance staff.
The announcement on Monday that Kate was pregnant with a future British king or queen sparked a media frenzy and generated worldwide interest.
William and Kate, who left the hospital on Thursday, said they were "deeply saddened" by the death.

what would be sad is that the nurse did the deed for something other than the prank. if the prank did trigger the suicide then i'd say the nurse was a suicide waiting to happen. shame on the radio station for putting their dj's out in the cold, i can't believe that these phone pranks aren't done weekly or daily and that the bosses know about them.
