Upon thusting out her naked bosom and into Clendopper's face,
Flauvina had the stage--but for a minute. After, Cleendopper
placed on the table three small drawings of Hellas Nauldi, the
woman Glycon of Athens selected to model his work at Cara-
calla baths, one century b.c.

"They're nice, but look at these ... " said Cleendopper.

It is not for me to say that Flauvina cared that her breasts.
alive, were put into a comparison with similar features only
drawn. And I do not find fault with Cleendopper, as, at the
time he did not have another woman sitting beside, only an old
uncle who had come down from Verlooth for the weekend.

I do not know if the lady felt hurt or angry that a second set
was put up against hers-- and done so without Cleendopper's
sustained attention to her own.

Sometimes a 'second' set of a thing is brought up as exemp-
lar, Hyperion, or auxillary, or as something which completes
or augments the first set.

A poem is posted-- I can't help but feel that the poet wants
not another poem tagged on-- a poem that draws attention away.
But, what's to be done? The practice seems harmless, if way-
ward.

yep, it's frowned upon in the crit boards but as leanne stated it's common on the fun boards, in miscellaneous, you may type what type of feedback you wish. personally i don't do the look at this poem in a comparison thing, i don't see it as a help feedback wise. now and i agin i'll re write a line or two as an explanation of what i mean.
and that's how it is.
