each forum is there for a particular reason.
just read a thread and a piece of feedback in the mild crit forum, sooner than being (the thread police) i brought it here.
in this forum (mild critique)we leave mild crit. if there's a lot of grammar mistakes, we say, Your grammar needs work.
if there's a lot of enjambment problems; we say, the enjambment is off in x number of places. if it's one of two of each we can show them. the idea is to pick a couple of things which you think may help the poet. here we give a general synopses of what we think in a footnote while pointing out 1 or 2 points of what is generally considered constructive crit. of course we can enthuse as to why we like it as much as we wish and we can point out as many lines as we wish.
the idea of this forum is for poets who don't want full blown crit but would like some pointers as to how their work can improved.
it's called mild crit for a reason.
i'm sure if people wanted a full on serious critique they'd post in the respective thread.
