49 pounds is all I have left
after buying box meals,
coke and a gazette.
The food I stacked
in the refrigerator,
beneath a chicken.

Under 12 was spent on that,
30 more will go to my shrink.

I don't know what I plan
to do with the rest.

This one drew me in and the part about stacking it in the fridge--underneath a chicken, especially made me chuckle...so like a bachelor, opening the door to future salmonella and who knows what else.
Of course the reason I can relate is because I too have been there.
