We only have to look to the law to see how complicated the question of murder is... not only do we pardon self-defense, we also excuse temporary insanity or heat-of-the-moment killings (with an armed american faced with bin laden, the lines between "shoot-to-kill orders" and "calculated murder" and "heat-of-the-moment" blurs a lot).

There are some who would say murder is never right because it is for revenge, not restitution. For most people, even though we don't want to condone it, there are instances when we can't fault it, either.

when they did vietnam etc.it affected the whole world,,i just mean to say things have to be brought in to perspective,you cannot call palestinians terrorists and the israelis a democratic elected government who are defending themselves when the kill ratio is about 500 to 1,to mention an example,or bombing south lebanon with 100dreds of clusterbombs selfdefence

yes you can sj, thats what they do call it (self defense)and then they bomb the other side.
isreal is democratic and aligned with the west; it's good.

the truth is isreal is out to end Palestine's existence just as much as Palestine wish to end theirs. sadly the isrealis have better weapons.
lets say vietnam wasn't justified, we still can't compare the killing of bin laden or the twin towers with vietnam. the man had a kill order out on him, for me a justifiable kill order. there is thing as a good war. but i think bin laden was a good death.
