Poetry has feelings

Isn't it supposed to? To either express or evoke feeling? And is the absence of feeling a feeling itself? Do you think about your feelings or do feelings outweigh thoughts?  How important is the feeling to your poems?

Poetry is about feeling, of course. All art is.
Art is about pleasure, the release of endorphins. Even science is about that. The thrill of solving the problem is identical to the pleasure derived from crafting an artefact

An artefact like a poem is a medium for the transmission of endorphins from the poet to the reader. This transmission is mediated by thought. So thoughts and feelings are bought indispensable to a good poem.
