I think this would be funny if it was a drunk text to a wrong number, because you had just called a wrong number. As a poem it's odd because of the spelling and it being about a wrong number phone call and not text. Add a little theater to it and you got something.

Because of the punctuation, I read an unreliable narrator, that opens up to other perspectives of the same scenario, I thought it would be funny if the narrator heard fuck off, but it was really 'come over' similar consonants, it opens up a world of misunderstood communication, the bottom line though, at the top, is 'i love you' and maybe if that includes some faults, 'i love you so much'.
