Alexis is Me
Kneeling on a pew
in a church
That claimed so many tears.

Alexis Is Art
Her hands illuminate reflections,
Perseverance through
invisible pain.

Alexis Is Love
Fingers
In-between mine

Her laughter causes content.
Wish I could have told her then.

Alexis saved my life.
Contemplating on a couch,
lessons learned standing underneath
stations of the cross.

Alexis is Me;
being there for my friends.
Living means loving, make life
less heavy whenever you can.

Heaven is where
Alexis Is

Hello Bunx,
I didn't want this one to slip away without comment. It's a lovely piece. This may be MISC, but I do want to offfer some comment, below:

Alexis Is a lesson learned
Kneeling on a pew
In a church
That claims so many tears .
 
Alexis Is drawn eyes 
Her hands illuminate reflections,
Perseverance through
Restrained invisible pain.

Alexis Is lacing her fingers
In-between mine. 
I never knew she wanted to
Feel my heart against her

Alexis Is in my art class
Her laughter causes content.
Wish I could have told her
She meant much to me then.

Alex Is a girl that saved my life.
Complimenting on a couch,  did you mean 'contemplating' ?
lessons learned standing underneath
The stations of the cross.

Alexis Is the person I remember
Being there for my friends.
Living means loving makes life
Less heavy whenever you can.

I hope heaven is the place where
Alexis Is.
