I'm coming back
each and every day;
a fading consciousness,
creating a vivid dream,
of loose strings and thoughts
connecting by a seam.

Unable to signal
or know to,
I sit, existing,
while children mash my buttons
to create fart and belching noises;
often,
a mixture of the two.

The hippy custodian comes
to reset my mind again.
With my dying glance,
I discover the source of my life:

a pink bunny–

Wearing shades.

Yup, the bunny lives on.

Do you read poetry? I think one reason it's hard to critique your work is because you are coming out of left field. Poets feel safer when they feed off of tradition.

It's in Fun, so I ask this question.

Not often, excepting for you guys’s work, of course.

I would like to read more poetry though.

In vice versa, I don't think I can critique your work either
because I'm not sure what I am looking for.

I know what I'm looking for, when I write what I write. But I might be crazy.

What sets you into writing a poem? Do you figure a phrase or something, or hear a sound, or see something, or imagine something and take off from there?

It's often based off of real life. Just seeing or hearing interesting things.

If I find a cool word I try to see how I can incorporate it into a story.

Overall Id say my process is a mixture of all the stuff you said.

I'm going to start writing poetry based on other poems and literary tradition. The more I write off of my own experiences and my imagination the less people like me as a human being.

You could post a fiction story if you like.

It’s called Lost (.1)

I plan on making a second one.

Looks like a poem to me. Have you been watching that show called Yellowjackets?

I may have mentioned it to you last Saturday night, but I had those posts removed, because that was the night I was high and thought you were Beth Roars.

I wasn't high, I was actually low. But people find it hard to tell the difference these days.

I need to.

Say, could we talk somewhere else?
I don't think the moderators like passing conversation on posts.

There is the discussion place.

And there is the Sewer.

There are technicalities about the Sewer that I can't mention without revealing things.

I really don't have anything to say. I come and go randomly.
I felt like saying things in the free-ranging forums. Now I have nothing to say.

You could start a Discussion in the Discussion Forum, and if you title it with a loose enough title, we might could get away with talking a whole lot about nothing for a good ten or twenty posts.

I really have nothing to say.

Like the Radiohead song goes, "I'm not living . . . I'm just killing time . . . "

Now I'm done. And we can go back to normal posting.
