The reason for
that little cup
down underneath the big one
on a jigger
is that when it hits
the lip of the glass
it automatically dumps
your shot into
the drink.  I mean,
what other purpose
could it serve?

Although I think you have got entirely confused about what a jigger is (and why I had to read and re-read it), I have spent literally hours reciting this poem to my girlfriend and we have both come to the conclusion that it's brilliant.

Could have said "jigger measure," but it would have let the air out of the title.  A valid criticism, certainly.
