there's a brand new art in town called automatic typing. although i guess the draw for ouija is it's directly communal. how would you do that, with keyboards? and can it be done online? hmm....

The trouble with a(n) ouiija ap is that every "service" on the planet would be listening to the questions and trying to nudge the answers in its preferred direction - Wikiouijia. Your phone would burst into green flames... and the spirits would be locked out by server-farm crosstalk.

Thanks for reading guys. Those are the sort of questions I was trying to solicit. And, as the board says, YES, there are apps and online versions. Although I suspect an "it's complicated" option may have been introduced between the "yes" and the "no".
