Subconsciously Streaming

Flipping switches
all the darkness 
comes on at once
blinding me
with vicious love
opening the worm hole,
a slug this size
calls for a hard caliber
but I'm not packing
I'm not even dressed
for this devilish tempest,
insensate storm
baleful light strikes at my soul
a dagger laced with iridescent spite
blood runs from every pore
a holy mess indeed

Why can I not edit this? I want to make a few small changes but the thread seems locked.

It is not locked, you should be able to edit.  There is an edit button with a pencil icon at the bottom of the post, if that is not letting you edit, pm me or any mod/admin and we can check for glitches etc.    (I find that the “full edit” option seems to work better than the “quick edit” option.)
