If he was an US citizen he would have been convicted of treason. Would receive a Death sentence while under the national security act of 9/11 OR be hired as a consultent (01-10-2010, 07:44 PM)billy Wrote:By default all unique data created by whatever they were doing is archived off-site as well as a onsite copy.(01-10-2010, 04:26 PM)srijantje Wrote: when your house gets burgled your stuff is gone, different then just having a look at stuff because you can.ofcourse in america he's not just gonna get a slap on the wrist but made an example of,prob. put away in some high security joint for years If you value something back it up, if you or the USA does not then its your fault for not "buying insurance" so to speak. The army lost nothing but a days time to reinstall the software. While the techs sipped coffee. ??? Yours or anybody's personal emails posted anywhere would not raise an eyebrow, the files from the feds would definitely grab the public's attention. If he got in and left a note then the security measures is an embarrassment. They SHOULD HIRE him to find more holes in the security sine he is obviously familiar with the system. That would lead me to believe the whole country condones child molesting. So the USA DOES NOT always get its way but it would disinform you otherwise. It's pretty serious what he did.No it aint. He hurt no one and broke nothing. The only "victim"was the pride of the USA. His intention was to fimd files on UFO's for fucks sake, he wasn't out to hurt anybody. He should be thanked for finding the holes before the terrorists found them. What is serious is that the system was hackable. Most convicted hackers are rehired as technical advisers usually on the same system they hacked (01-13-2010, 03:14 AM)SidewaysDan Wrote: But honestly, if you were the judge (hypothtically just assume that) would you extradite him to America?Yes under the condition he is brought back immediately after trail and he be escorted by a British security squad the whole time and if he is found guilty then he can be under house arrest at home in the UK. And while being tried in the US all court officers wear those nellie little fru fru white wigs during the preceding like they do in the UK. ![]()

That is how an aspergers would see it and yu cant fault the guy for thinking that way (01-19-2010, 06:37 PM)Scrufuss Wrote:yes i can. and i do. if he has a syndrome that lets him do as he wants then he should be watched. a kid looks good to a pedo but you wouldn't say hes a pedo so it's okay.....would you?(01-19-2010, 06:29 PM)billy Wrote: so as long as i'm not out to hurt anyone i can come into your house should you leave the door open and rummage around in all your draws leaving everything in disarray ? can even damage or remove anything you have two or more.
