hope ur enjoying the show--

but don't let him gamble 
the house away
and say it's half your fault

Watching the Cubs?

Sorry, I meant, the time date stamp seemed awfully specific, and I know there's a high stakes World Series game going on right now. I thought maybe that was the reference?

I don't understand the first two lines at all. Give us a clue?
