Say Something
I wrote a verse
then erased it.
Here it is.
Do you like it?
The silence? The purity of space?
The blather doesn't blah-blah
the space of what
you say.

I will admit that this is one I've come back to a few times (which in itself probably makes the poem more successful than most). It might surprise Kole that this is the one that got spotlighted, but I can see why it was. Nice choice Leanne!

I enjoy this every time, it speaks to my state of mind.

Totally agree with this choice. I read it in critique but had nothing to offer. It's concise and thoughtful.
