Vishnu Goes West by Tiger The Lion
I’m sitting in this shrink's office
surrounded by golden elephants
when he finally looks up
from his tablet and asks,
any thoughts of suicide?
I lie, answering Yes,
knowing the system.
His phone rings
and I have time to leisurely
study the elephants;
wonder what their perfect wisdom
might make of all the diplomas on the wall.
He hangs up the phone,
scribbles some notes,
checks his watch and asks,
any thoughts of suicide?
I wonder what the Protector would say.

Thanks Billy. He also had a small brass rat on his desk, but I could exact no meaning from it.
Also, I have just noticed that shrinks should be shrink's. Whoops!

Done.
Good choice, just as strong this time around. So many of yours hit me square on, though I have to say I have never fallen out of love with your pair of villes.
