D.I.Y. Etymology
#1
I was a fool to think my mind was free
but that was before etymology.
Now I know that my mind is controlled,
or at least; that is what I've been told.
Conspiracy theorists have helped me see
by using the word 'government' as the key.
Govern - to control, ment - meaning the mind.
Lord, now I can see where once I was blind.

Replacement - A brain transplant.
Punishment - A migraine of sorts.
Friendship - An amicable boat.
Constrain - Criminals keeping fit.
Excitation - A quotation that once was, but is no longer.
Perfection - An electrically charged atom that is without comparison.
Forbidding - Not allowed to imitate the sound of a bell.
Laceration - A restriction on shoe fastening materials.
Department - To go totally and utterly bonkers.

Thank God for conspiracy theorists.
