Word of the day: "presenteeism"
 
Presenteeism was
the mark of her career,
though her co-workers
would like to kick her rear.
They called her names
like cunt, slut and hag,
because her overzealousness
always made them look bad.

I think on the job that would constitute harassment. "Presenteeism PowerPoint proficiency" that is.
